Individual training and coaching sessions are different to our course offering.
Training and coaching sessions are individually planned, therefore what is covered are defined by your specific training requirements.

- We recommend you review the types of individual training we offer and their appropriate cost, before getting intouch. You can read about it below.
- Contact us to discuss your goals.
- The training instructor will access and determine how much training you will require and provide you with recommendation(s).
- You decide if you want to go for any of the recommendation(s) provided.
- Start learning and get things done.

Individual training covers, how-tos, techniques, and consulting.

Individual training can be provided in person at one of our training offices, through web connect (computer-to-computer) or on-site.

This option is less costly. The training is delivered through web connect and by phone. Web connect is a technology that allows the training instructor to connect with your computer. It provides the ability for you to see their computer screen and vise versa. You don't need to have a web cam, only an Internet browser.
Best For:
- Tutoring style training
- Can't leave the office situation
- Shoestring budget

Cost:

$100 for the 1st hour
- $ 60 for every additional hour.
*1-hour session is the minimum requirement to book time for web connect training session.
*Payment in-full required during booking.
Technology Requirement:
For a quality experience during training, please do not use wireless Internet connection. Instead, connect your computer or laptop to your Internet cable. We also recommend that it is best to have high-speed connection.

This option is more costly than the web connect training. You receive your training in-person at one of our office locations. |

*2-hour session is the minimum requirement to book an in-person training session.
*Payment in-full required during booking.
Bring Your Own Laptap:
If you have a laptop that has wireless access, you are welcome to bring it with you, in fact we encourage it.

Need us to go to your location, that can be arranged.
Cost:
*3-hour session is the minimum requirement to book for an on-site training session in the GTA. If you are located outside the GTA an addition fee is charged. Fee depends on the location.
*Payment in-full required during booking.
You may bulk multiple staff to get individual one-on-one training during an on-site training session.
For example, if you had 3 people that require 1-hour each, this service is great. Allows you to keep your staff in the office and get them training all in the same day. |
