  You may choose to hire us to service more accounts, but they will be treated as a separate service arrangement.
  
  
• Continues service after initial commitment
  You may choose to continue your pay per placement service with eCommerce Business Solutions after the initial 3 months service with no long term commitment. We will bill you in the beginning of your service month to provide the pay per placement service for the paid month.
  
  
• Pay Per Click Account Access
  It is your responsibility to set-up your account and create a third party access for us to manage your pay per click account with Google Adwords™, Yahoo Search Marketing™, or MSN AdCenter™.
  * We highly recommend using Google Adwords™, because Google™ receives approximately, 60% of search activity in the Internet.
  
  
• Pay Per Click Account Funds
  You are required to at least invest a minimum fund of $200 a month to your pay per click budget and your budget can not exceed $2000. This is separate to our pay per placement service fee. This fund is what you are willing to expense as a monthly budget to bid for your pay per click advertising. It is your responsibility to deposit the funds to your pay per click account for us to manage your pay per click bids.
